This Y-type flanged strainer is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with ASME B16.34 American standard. The valve body is integrally precision cast from CF8 (equivalent to 304 stainless steel). The built-in stainless steel filter screen can intercept welding slag, sediment, solid particles and other sundries carried in the fluid medium, effectively protecting downstream pumps, flow meters, control valves and other precision pipeline equipment from abrasion and blockage damage. The bolted top cover structure supports quick disassembly for screen cleaning and replacement without detaching the whole strainer from the pipeline system.
